1.Mastery of the daily animal room inspection work such as animal feeding, observation, and recording.
2.Mastery of the modeling of animal models related to the project, including tail vein injection, intraperitoneal injection, subcutaneous injection, submandibular blood collection, tracheal administration, intragastric administration, mouse in vivo imaging, mouse dissection, perfusion treatment and other animal experiments.
3.Mastery of the experimental techniques of frozen section, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence staining, tissue protein/RNA extraction, WB, gRT-PCR, etc.
4.Mastery of the correct use and daily maintenance of mouse in vivo imager, cryostat, microscope, PCR instrument, gRT-PCR and other instruments.
5.Familiarity with basic cell culture techniques.
6.Careful and conscientious work attitude, proactively report to the project leader about work progress.
7.Complete the assigned tasks within the planned time frame and ensure that projects are completed on time.
8.Have good learning ability, be able to keep learning and understand the purpose and integrity of the project in a timely manner,, and better integrate into the project and department work.
9.Assist other positions in the department to carry out work and complete other temporary tasks.
